		<description>I think you hit the nail on the head when you said the Lakers seem to be getting "it". You can tell from watching them this year, even before the Pau trade, that this isn't the inexperienced team with Smush Paker and Kwame Brown running rampant that it was just two years ago. 

I think it's great, and what makes it even more great is that I'm a Kobe Bryant fan. Seeing him able to play at such a high level without being a destructive force on the development of the rest of the Lakers is a testament to his improvement as a player in what, his eleventh season?</description>
