If you put Kapono and Parker in, there are some problems with the defensive assignments at times, while the offense is slightly increased. However, in the end, it’s gotta come down to the players themselves. There can’t be lapses for an entire quarter. Sure, a team goes through droughts, but this is the 2nd game in a row where the Raptors failed to score more than 20 points in a quarter. For a team such as the Raptors, this is a major problem since they rely heavily on their offense. At some point, it’s gotta come down to the Raptors doing what they do best, rather than trying to put square pegs into round holes. At least for half a game, they played Raptors ball. It’s just a matter of putting together an entire game of it consistently. I was so pissed off with the choppy signal they had for most of the 2nd half. Tfan - I wholeheartedly agree. I don't understand why they would allow their player to cool off like that. He never seemed to be the go to guy even though he was red hot. The first quarter, I agree, was fun to watch.
