Interview with Joe Stolzer
During my time at Five-Star Hoops this summer I was able to chat with Joe Stolzer who was the strength and conditioning coach at camp. During our chat he talked about some of the training techniques he uses with players, some ways he trains players without using weights, he explains some things high school players can do to repair and keep their bodies healthy and he talked about the DVD he released called “36 Exercises for Quicker, Stronger & Better-Conditioned Basketball Players.”
