		<description>A lot of the younger hoop heads view Reggie Miller as the top "scorer" from the '90's (outside of Jordan) but without a doubt Mitch Richmond  takes that crown. He was able to break down any defender in the league and despite playing on Kings squad where he routinely double and triple teamed he still managed to average over 20 points per game.

Part of the reason why I ordered NBA TV this summer was to watch some classic NBA games from when I was in high school but I haven't had the chance to watch any of Rock's games yet (probably because the teams he was on were so awful).</description>
